Our extra virgin olive oil comes from the warm lands of Puglia, where olive trees reach for the sky and breathe in the scent of the sea. In our selected family-run mill, tradition is preserved: the olives are ground with stone wheels (molazza)—an artisanal method that preserves their aroma and quality. Harvesting is prompt, and processing follows strict rules to preserve all the goodness of the raw material: cold pressing, controlled temperatures. The result? An oil with a delicate, smooth, and harmonious flavor, designed for those seeking a condiment that doesn't sting or leave an overwhelming sensation: ideal for any table, any occasion.
