Tarallo made with organically grown toasted wheat grown, milled and processed in Italy. The toasting of the wheat gives this product a very intense and pleasant flavour. The aftertaste of the toasting makes it perfect to accompany fresh cured meats and cheeses or, for the more refined palates, it can be seasoned with jams to accentuate the contrast of flavours.
