Whole mackerel fillets arranged vertically with a light color and a strong flavor with a seafood aftertaste. Colimena mackerel is caught in the FAO27 area, i.e. in the Atlantic, and then expertly processed in Salento. This product can be used naturally or to enrich dishes such as salads and bruschetta.
