Nero di Troia is an indigenous Apulian grape characterized by a thick skin rich in polyphenols: from a careful manual selection of the grapes and a long maceration, this wine with a lively and intense color is born. With a rich bouquet with hints of violets, black cherries and spices and a fresh palate but rich in polyphenols and tannins.
