Negroamaro Puglia PGI

Negroamaro is an indigenous Apulian vine whose name derives from the dialectal expression “niuru maru” or black black, the first deriving from Latin (niger) and the second from Greek (mavros). In fact, both the color of the grapes and that of the wine are black. To make this wine we manually select the grapes which ferment thanks to indigenous yeasts in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature. The result is a soft and versatile wine with typical fruity notes.
