Buzzonaglia with Colimena chilli pepper 300g
Buzzonaglia with Colimena chilli pepper 300g
Buzzonaglia is the "poor" part of tuna typical of the seafood tradition of Southern Italian countries. This cut is obtained from the meat in contact with the central bone of the tuna. Its color is darker, tending towards brown/black, due to the large presence of blood vessels that run through the area. This gives Buzzonaglia a very strong and much more intense flavor than other cuts.
Colimena Mediterranean Buzzonaglia is enriched with capers and chilli which gives the product a unique aftertaste capable of surprising even the most demanding palate.
Buzzonaglia with chilli pepper can be used to season rice salads, classic salads, cold or hot first courses or to make bruschetta with a pungent and inviting flavour. We tried it with taralli and it was instantly love
