Blanche beer

Straw yellow in colour, slightly veiled and opalescent with a fine and moderate foam, which immediately expresses pleasant citrus notes and a delicate spiciness on the nose
which rises from the glass as the beer gains heat. On the palate, cereals and citrus fruits combine in an explosion of flavors. The use of wheat malt gives it a slight acidic note which balances the sweetness and enhances the citrus character given by the addition of bergamot zest in infusion during boiling.

Pils malt and SENATORE CAPPELLI WHEAT 100% certified from Puglia
Candy sugar, Bergamot Zest and Coriander Seeds
HALLERTAUER MAGNUM and SAAZ hops
