American IPA beer

Golden yellow in colour, with white, fine and persistent foam. Notes stand out on the nose
of citrus fruits accompanied by those of mango and melon. The important use of hops, both in boiling and in the dry hopping phase, never results in astringent sensations and
the bitterness is delicate thanks to the perfect balance obtained through a clearly recognizable malty structure. Medium body and low carbonation,
makes drinking pleasant despite the high alcohol content. The dry and decisive finish leaves a pleasant memory of all the fruity sensations experienced during drinking.

100% certified Apulian Pils and Monaco malts
HALLERTAUER MAGNUM hops
and CITRA, MOSAIC, EKUANOT, CHINOOK

ALCOHOL CONTENT:
Double malt beer 7.5% ALC.VOL.
